Ginger Tea: Gather up fresh organic ginger root, maple syrup, and a lime. Boil a pot of water and then turn it off. Throw in the grated or finely chopped ginger and cover for 10 minutes. Add a little maple and a squeeze of lime for minerals and balance.
Tummy Love: Steep equal parts ( 1 TBS each) Cumin seed, Coriander seed, Fennel seed, for 5-10 minutes in 4-5 C boiled water. Strain out and enjoy throughout the day!
Two of my favorite teas that we have going most days in our home come fall and winter are Ginger Tea made from fresh ginger root, and Tummy Love made from Cumin, Coriander and Fennel seeds.
